How the SevaCoin website handles your data

This page explains what the SevaCoin website collects, why, and what your choices are. The short version: the site has no forms or accounts, it keeps the usual server logs, it sets one cookie when you choose a language, and it will use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) once that is switched on.

Who we are

SevaCoin is a healthcare blockchain token backed by a pain management network in Tulsa, Dallas and New Mexico (sevahealthcare.com). The organisation responsible for this website is [[TODO: legal business name, registered address and country]].

What we collect

Server logs

Like every website, our hosting provider records each request: the page or file requested, the date and time, your IP address, your browser type and the page that referred you. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and to investigate abuse. They are kept for [[TODO: log retention period, e.g. 30 days]] and then deleted.

Language preference

When you pick a language from the menu, the translation widget stores your choice in a cookie so the page stays translated as you browse. Choosing English again, or clearing your cookies, removes it. See the Cookie Policy.

Analytics

We plan to measure how the site is used with Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. It reports which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from and which device they use. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4, Google Signals is off, and we never send names, email addresses or other personal details to analytics. Nothing else

The website has no contact form, newsletter sign-up, login or payment. It does not ask for your name, email address, wallet address or any health information.

Third-party services

These services receive the technical details of your request (such as your IP address and browser type) when the page loads. Each has its own privacy policy.

Google Fonts (Google LLC): the typeface used on the site.
jsDelivr: delivers the Three.js library that draws the 3D coin.
GTranslate / Google Translate: the language menu and page translation.
